It is a therapeutic, joyful, fun, and sweaty hour of dancing energy work that moves your body, frees your spirit, and unblocks your mind. It is a practice of living in love and celebrating life together. Through dancing, we move together actualizing a sense of community and connection. I trained with Debbie in order to facilitate the experience here in Kansas City. Dancorcism is open to everyone regardless of experience, physical shape, age, or spiritual beliefs. As Debbie says, \u201cIf you\u2019re having fun, you\u2019re doing it right!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Classes are conducted in-person and online via Zoom.
